Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located with a great view of the Plaza, which is a huge plus. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped for four people and were quite noisy due to the courtyard views. The lack of relaxation space in both the room and lobby pushed us to spend time at a nearby bar for a cozier atmosphere.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right at the center of San Cristobal, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the rooms were quite dark and not very spacious, making it a bit uncomfortable. The service was a bit lacking when it came to dining arrangements, but the overall stay was decent for the price.
The hotel has a fantastic location right across from the central square, making it super convenient for exploring San Cristobal de las Casas. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms, while nice, faced an inner courtyard which made them a bit noisy at times. Overall, it was a good experience, but the lack of street views in the rooms wasn't ideal.
The hotel has a great location right in front of the main square of San Cristobal de las Casas, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff here is kind and attentive, although I faced some issues with the internet that took a while to resolve. The rooms, while clean and decent, definitely felt a bit cramped for four people and lacked windows facing the street, which made it feel a bit noisy. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay although there could be improvements in room comfort and amenities.
The hotel is located right in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay a bit more enjoyable, but some aspects of the room left me wanting more, especially regarding noise and privacy. Overall, it’s a decent place, but there are definitely some improvements needed.
